the hotel's central location offered great convenience. it was very easy to reach from the main train station, and the proximity to key attractions made exploration simple. the professional staff ensured check-in was efficient , and i especially appreciated the short walk to numerous sites.
i observed that the display menu in the on-site restaurant did not present any vegan or vegetarian options.

electrical issuesworn towel
the electrical issues were persistent , and the staff only showed me how to reset the fuse. this happened multiple times , even overnight , causing the ac to shut off. the lack of a room change or serious attempt to fix it was frustrating. also , i found a towel with holes , indicating poor attention to detail.

The staff were very friendly and helpful (I appreciated their quick responses). My room was very well kept. I also appreciated the decorations to celebrate the season. The hotel had set up for Halloween.
The train line runs close to the hotel, some train noise might disturb light sleepers.

The breakfast buffet has a great variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes, that will satisfy any palate, especially if you prefer sweet delights. The coffee machine provided a selection of specialty beverages to start the day.

The reception staff are incredibly polite, well dressed, and friendly. They made me feel welcome and were always available to assist with requests. Their professional attitude certainly made a positive impression.
